The Finger Scraper cleans conveyor belts more efficiently and effectively than traditional belt scrapers or brushes. It cleans hot or cold belt splices, cleated belts (up to 1-1/2” high) as well as non-profiled conveyor belts with ease and, unlike traditional belt cleaners, the Finger Scraper system easily cleans belts that have mechanical fasteners, metal rip repairs kits, cuts and gouges. Additionally, the Finger Scraper will not damage the conveyor belt if left unmonitored.

The aluminium body of the Finger Scraper unit is durable and lightweight and the coated frame protects the system from the effects of corrosion. As well, the engineered simplicity of the Finger Scraper, being lighter than the conventional units, makes installation into most conveyor systems a quick and easy process.

The Patented Finger Scrapers Paddles create both a scraping and flicking motion to remove material build up (carryback) from the belts cover. The standard paddles (fingers) are composed of a highly visible green wear resistant urethane, and are also available in an anti-static formula, for use where static is a concern. The Finger Scraper requires only minimal adjustments once the unit is installed. The versatility of the system, through its patented design, effectively allows the Finger Scraper to be used as a primary and secondary belt cleaner; two scraper systems for the price of a single unit!  The highly visible wear components also make it easy for maintenance personnel and operational staff to inspect the system, from a safe distance, and the unique design ensures no pinch points, making the Finger Scraper safe to work around while your conveyor is in operation.

Available in various configuration, in 8″ increments from 16″ through 128″ (or larger), the Finger Scraper is sure to be a more effective belt cleaning solution than whatever you are currently using.
